Because temporary mailboxes aren't tied to any personal account, we can't verify ownership of an address or recover a lost password — for mailbox-specific issues, there usually isn't a support action we can take beyond what's already described in the FAQ. Save your address and password somewhere safe when you create a mailbox you plan to return to; there's no way to recover either one afterward.

How to reach us

For bug reports, abuse reports, privacy questions, or general feedback, email [email protected]. Include the mailbox address involved and a brief description of what happened — screenshots help. We read every message, but as a small, independently run operation, replies can take a few business days, longer for non-urgent requests.

Questions about how the service works, storage limits, message retention, or account behavior that aren't already covered in the FAQ — email us and we'll do our best to answer.

Abuse reports

If you believe a temporary address created through this service is being used to send spam, harassment, phishing, or otherwise fraudulent messages, report it to [email protected] with as much detail as you can provide (the sending address, timestamps, and message content if possible). We take abuse reports seriously and act on the ones we can verify — see our Terms of Service for how we handle violations.

For anything related to how your data is handled, retained, or deleted, see the Privacy Policy first — most questions, including how to exercise GDPR rights, are answered there. If you have a question the policy doesn't cover, email us directly.
